My individual programs are designed for two types of people:

1. You have "the curse of knowledge." From all the years of dieting, you could have a bachelor's in nutrition, yet still finding yourself confused and unable to determine what works for you, and why you can't stay on track. You don't want to give up your dream of weight-loss but have exhausted your will to diet. 

OR

2. You are looking to radically upgrade your health, energy and moods as efficiently as possible. You have limited nutrition knowledge and little emotional attachment to food.

Each program I offer provides a deep understanding of nutrition, and food's emotional role in your life. I work with women and, let's face it, food means different things to us than it does to men.   

Both programs are tailored to your individual needs, and both simplify the process while implementing gentle, focused steps to help you achieve your goals. The Discovery program consists of 12 sessions compared to the Nutrition Novice, Body Balance, 6-session program because there's a deeper dive into the emotional component of food. It's examined, understood and transformed. 

Both programs include:

  • The latest independent scientific research (that’s code for no food or pharma companies involved) on weight-loss for an efficient downward trend on the scale
  • Learning about new foods
  • Strategies to increase eating satisfaction 
  • A food plan that unlocks your body's innate wisdom to enable you to eat intuitively and without strict rules.
  • Recipes for the lazy, time-crunched cook (no exotic ingredients, skill or large amounts of time needed) who wants to learn quick cooking techniques so she is in and out of the kitchen
  • The understanding of how your body works to curb cravings 
  • How to detox effectively without going to extremes to support your health and weight-loss goals
  • Bloat-free foods and meal ideas

In addition, the Discovery program focuses on:

  • Discovering what's driving your focus on food and overeating
  • Understanding the emotional relationship women have to food (don't worry, men have their own issues too)
  • How to identify and end bingeing triggers
  • Innovative exercises to prevent self-sabotage while enriching your life
